Hello! My name is Diana Wall. I am a wife to a logger and farmer, and a mother of 5, plus 1 angel baby. Most of all, I'm a Christian who loves Jesus and believes that He, is the ultimate healer.
My interest in natural health began about 10 years ago, when I encountered a few health difficulties of my own. I had 5 pregnancies, of which, 2 ended in pre-eclampsia. One turned into HELLP syndrome, resulting in my baby being born at 31 weeks, 5 days. This, coupled with a substantial increase in body weight that I struggled to reduce, led me down a path of searching out root causes. I recognized my need for more education and began by enrolling in the Natural Health Consultant course at Stratford Career Institute. I really enjoyed this time of study and my desire to increase my knowledge was heightened. Consequently, a year or so later I joined the IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), and completed their Nutritional Health Coach program.
I want to use my God-given gift to help people gain a better knowledge and understanding of how our bodies work and help them heal and thrive. Working with me will help you gain confidence in yourself to better your health, fitness and mentality toward a long, healthy, happy life. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Stress, lack of sleep, poor nutrition, relationships, career, spirituality and more are all related to our health. As we work together, we will look at how all aspects of your life affect your wellbeing as a whole.
I understand that life happens and your needs can, and will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance.
As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.
